SOVVERSIVA guarantees you the right to return the items within 14 days of receiving the items.
HOW TO DO IT:
1. CONTACT OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE: contact us at info@sovversiva.com and include the reason for your return. If your order arrives damaged, please provide pictures of the damaged product or box.
2. WAIT FOR YOUR RETURN AUTHORIZATION: we will send you an e-mail containing your return authorization to include in the box.
3. RETURN OF THE ORDER: send your return using your preferred courier to the address that will be provided to you by e-mail.
The customer is responsible for covering the costs associated with returning the product(s) to our warehouse, regardless of whether a courier or postal service is used. If you experience discrepancies with the products you purchased or experience other problems after receiving your order, please contact us at info@sovversiva.com.
